All new configurations and changes in the Munu Portal need to be published before they can reach the POS terminals. This gives you the privilege to make changes in the portal without interfering with the POS terminals, e.g. very useful when there are price or configuration changes planned for a later day

From the sidemenu in Munu Portal you will find a section under “Artikler” > “Publishing”. From this page you will get an overview of any configurations that’s not been published. The list is sorted into 3 categories:

1. Configurations - This is for all changes made for general configurations like users, table overview, or administrative changes.
2. Article Sub Groups - This is for all changes made to articles, e.g. prices, new articles, descriptions, item slip printing etc.
3. Article Layout - This is for all changes made to the individual POS terminals layout.

Sorting options for these three categories are available on top of the page if you want to focus on a specific category, and also the filter for the different statuses listed underneath (3)

1. Published - It has been published to the POS terminals
2. To publish - Not yet been published
3. Unpublished - New information that never has been published from the portal

You have the option to publish all changes based on the categories on the right, or you can publish each individual change.
